Our journey began in Flagstaff in 2015–then we figured out our way back to each other in 2019. Alex, the artistic force behind Grimm Studio, discovered her passion for hair cutting in 2018—beginning her hair journey in the city of Washington, DC. Meanwhile, Julie, the mastermind behind the scenes, has been honing her skills in running small businesses for over a decade. 

Driven by our shared vision and determination, we are embarking on a new chapter in our lives, combining our talents and expertise to create Grimm Studio. Our studio is not just a place for haircuts; it is a sanctuary where creativity thrives, and individuals can find support and comfort. We believe that a haircut should be more than just a style; it should be an affirmation of who you are.
